This topic will cover excellence vs. effectiveness, how to keep diversity and versatility manageable for the value of worship, and how diversity enhances integral worship.

This topic will address issues that lie within music ministries across the world. Many ministries need to learn how to hire individuals to lead their music, worship, and arts ministry effectively. This topic hopes to educate church leaders on how to hire, understand what music ministry is, and how it can help or hinder the ecclesia. How do you set and determine pay, knowing the importance of a musician and church time? The importance of having a healthy relationship between the music ministry leader, the pastor, and its music ministry members. Lastly, the importance of fellowship within music ministry is to keep trust between the leader of a music ministry and its members and between the pastors. Musicians and pastors are not in competition. They’re both co-laborers in the kingdom.
